Oil up! Freak out! Dow up? Shut up! The state-run media in Canada (and the citizen-owned media who do their best to compete with them) all lament, daily (with intra-day lament updates, all day long), the price of a barrel of oil, and the resulting price of gas. Do you have those ugly squiggly light bulbs in your house? You know the ones that have no light to them at all and are too dim to do anything but sleep? Yeah - those. Did you know that congress is going to force us to switch to these bulbs? Nanny State! Did you also know that if one of these breaks - you are up shit creek without a paddle? There is mercury in them there bulbs and it could be dangerous if not handled properly. How do you normally clean up a light bulb when it breaks?
